LIGHT BEAM CONTROLS To move the light beam to the side of the field of view as when using sclerotic scatter or indirect illumination, the knob on the back-lower part of the light tower is loosened. Turn the light tower by the base of the tower which has the beam with control. The light tower can also be tilted forward by releasing the latch between the two light beam with controls and tilting the tower. The control to the left of the latch allows 5 degree increments of tilt. This control can be useful for gonioscopy and fundus examination. A different, shorter, mirror can replace the standard mirror which again can help with gonioscopy and fundus examination.
